Community Action Agencies (CAAs), Head Start programs and other nonprofits and government grantees face an ever-increasing array of rules and regulations. How do you comply without losing sight of your organization’s mission and program goals? What post-stimulus legal issues the CAA network is facing? How do we juggle the new reporting requirements now in place and the continued financial scrutiny?
This year’s conference features two pre-conference workshops at no additional cost, special tracks on fiscal, governance issues, as well as workshops on a variety of topics such as human resources, auditing, Head Start, IT and social networking, contracts, wage and hour law, Davis-Bacon and more! We will also be focusing on the continuing challenges we face with stimulus funds. Workshops are relevant to nonprofits and government grantees generally, with a special focus on issues faced by both nonprofit and governmental Community Services Block Grant recipients, Head Start programs, their delegate agencies and other affiliates.
