CAA Leader Named Maryland Houser of the Year

Duane Yoder, president of Garrett County Community Action Committee, recently received the Houser of the Year Award from the Maryland Affordable Housing Coalition. 

As reported in the Cumberland Times-News, the award recognizes Yoder for his outstanding achievement in the development of quality affordable rental housing in the state of Maryland.

The recipient is also someone who, over the years, has helped to promote and preserve affordable housing opportunities for low-income Marylanders by tackling tough issues and advocating for the affordable housing industry in the state.
