Reports to: A 15 Member Tripartite Board of Trustees
Annual Operating Budget: $8-10 Million
Asset Value: In Excess of $3.7 Million
Total Employees: 125 Full Time & Part Time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should have a four year college degree in an applicable field (i.e. Business and/or Personnel Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Behavior, etc.) or 5 + years in an upper administrative position at a Community Action Agency with budget and program responsibilities.  Extensive related and validated work experience is necessary.
