Advancing Self-Sufficiency


There are a number of tools that can be used to demonstrate what it takes for families to achieve economic self-sufficiency in your area.  In May, the Virtual CAP news feed featured Measuring Poverty in the United States that included links to various basic family budget / self-sufficiency calculators to help you present data differentiating between federally defined poverty income and actual family self-sufficiency levels.
