Wisconsin – Building Bridges to Family Economic Success: Addressing Poverty and Economic Opportunity in Wisconsin – This report was published by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF).  The Wisconsin Community Action Partnership provided planning assistance to DCF in conducting a “Poverty Summit” in May 2009 as well as follow-up activities with work groups to produce the report, which DCF unveiled at WISCAP’s “Poverty Matters” conference in December 2009.
